The Company was today notified that Mr K O'Byrne's broker had acquired on 10 May 2011, 59 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') in Land Securities Group PLC at 769.84 pence per share, through the reinvestment of his cash dividend.

Following the purchase, Mr O'Byrne was interested in 11,409 Shares.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.2 R and LR 9.8.6R(1).
