The Company was advised on 19 December 2013 that Richard Akers, Executive Director, sold 12,000 ordinary shares on 16 December 2013 at a sale price of 932.22p per share.

Following this sale, Richard Akers was interested in 286,463 shares and held awards over 478,633 shares under Long Term Incentive Plans.
