RICK HAYTHORNTHWAITE STEPS DOWN FROM BOARD
Land Securities announces that Rick Haythornthwaite has announced his intention to step down from the Land Securities Board with immediate effect.
The decision comes after Mr Haythornthwaite's nomination as designate chairman at Network Rail and his recognition of the anticipated greater demands on his time that this role would involve. He is also currently Chairman of Mastercard Inc, the Southbank Centre, the Risk and Regulation Advisory Council and an advisor to Star Capital Partners Ltd.
