RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Land Securities announce that Keith Redshaw retires today from the Board as an
executive director. His intention to retire was first notified to shareholders
in July, 2000.
Land Securities' Chairman, Peter Birch, commented:
'We would like to take this opportunity to thank Keith Redshaw for the major
contribution he has made throughout his thirty year career at Land Securities
and particularly for his notable achievements in shaping the Group's retail
portfolio and guiding the management of its properties outside London. We wish
Keith the very best for the future.'
