In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Landore Resources was informed
that today William Humphries acquired 226,686 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 17.96p per Ordinary Share.
William Humphries is now interested in 10,050,000 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 8.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
