                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Landore Resources was notified yesterday that William Humphries acquired 250,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in Landore Resources ('Ordinary Shares') in the
market on 19 October 2006 at a price of 8.75p per Ordinary Share. William
Humphries is now interested in 9,042,064 Ordinary Shares representing
approximatley 9.72 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
