Landore Resources was notified today that Rysaffe Trustee Company (C.I.) Limited (as trustee of the Saffery Champness Retirement Annuity Trust - H Green Fund) has acquired 28,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 17.23p. 

As a result of this acquisition Helen Green is now interested in 127,583 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
