In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Landore Resources was informed
that yesterday James Garber acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 18p per Ordinary Share. James
Garber is now interested in 102,083 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
