                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Landore Resources was notified on 17 October 2005 that William Humphries
acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
in the market on 17 October 2005 at a price of 7.082 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, William Humphries is now interested in 7,792,064
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary
share capital.
