                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Landore Resources has been notified that Charles Wilkinson has acquired 210,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the market
today at a price of 8.6 pence per share. Following the purchase, Charles
Wilkinson is now interested in 645,714 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 0.75 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
