                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Landore Resources has today been notified that on Friday, 20 May 2005 William
Humphries, Chairman of the Company, acquired in the market 500,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in Landore Resources ('Shares'), representing 0.58 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 7p per Share.

As a result of this transaction Mr Humphries now has a beneficial interest in
6,292,064 Shares, representing approximately 7.33 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
