                                Grant of Options

Landore announces that yesterday the board of the Company approved the grant of
options over 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme. The
options were granted as follows:

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the 5th
anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 9.75p per
share.

The board has also granted a further 375,000 options over Ordinary Shares to
employees of the Company, exercisable on the same terms as above.
