Grant of Options

On 26 September 2012 the Company's Remuneration Committee recommended the grant of options over 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (each an "Ordinary Share") to Directors and certain employees under stand alone option deeds. These were then approved by the board on the same date.

The following option grants to Directors were made:

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the fifth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 7.38p per Ordinary Share, being the closing market price on 25 September 2012, the latest practicable date prior to the Remuneration Committee meeting.
