Landore Resources has been notified that yesterday Mr Paul Curtis acquired
1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares').

As a result of this transaction, Mr Curtis now has a beneficial interest in
3,700,000 Shares, representing approximately 4.31 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
