Landore yesterday received notification that, following the acquisition of 6,666,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 August 2015, Arconas International Ltd is now interested in 38,218,008 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
