Landore Resources was notified yesterday that following recent purchases of
shares in the market and the exercise of warrants, Matopos Holdings Limited is
interested in 5,883,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'). In addition, TAHEH Holdings Limited is interested in 3,000,000
Ordinary Shares.

Mr James Hudleston is the beneficial owner of both companies and as a result of
these transactions now has a beneficial interest in 8,883,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 9.55% of the issued ordinary share capital.
