Exercise of Warrants
Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, announces that it has received notice of the exercise of warrants over 55,883,333 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at an exercise of 1.2 pence each raising £670,600 for the Company. The warrants were issued as part of the fundraising in February 2020.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 55,883,333 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission to trading ("Admission") will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 04 December 2020.
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued and credited as fully paid and will rank on Admission pari passu in all respects with each other and with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. The total issued share capital of the Company, as increased by the New Ordinary Shares, will be 867,785,004 Ordinary Shares.
