James Latham plc announces that it was informed on 15 December 2008 that Peter Latham (Chairman) on 2 December 2008 purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 110 pence and on 15 December 2008 purchased 9,200 ordinary shares in the Company at 118.5 pence. Following these dealings the revised total beneficial holdings of the above director is as follows:
