James Latham plc announces that it was informed on 15 December 2008 that Peter Latham (Chairman) on 2 December 2008 purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 110 pence and on 15 December 2008 purchased 9,200 ordinary shares in the Company at 120 pence.
