James Latham plc announces that on 26 November 2009 it issued 56,661 options under the James Latham plc Approved Company Share Option Scheme 2008. These options are exercisable between 26 November 2014 and 25 November 2019 at a price of 165 pence per share. Included in the options granted are those granted to the following directors:
