In connection with previously announced issues of equity, The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.   has applied for admission of 10,614,528 ordinary shares to the Premium Segment of the Official List and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 6 February 2023.

There will be no change to the previously announced total voting rights, which are set out below for reference.
