The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. ("the Corporation") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1 (4) that:

1. Although the Corporation has entered a close period, running from the end of the financial year (31 December 2014) to the anticipated date for the announcement of results for that period (25 February 2015);

2. The Corporation's Board is satisfied that all inside information which the directors and the Corporation may have had has previously been issued to a RIS.

Accordingly, the Corporation, its subsidiaries, its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities will be permitted to deal in the Corporation's shares during the close period, so long as no inside information comes to light subsequent to this announcement.
