Confirmation of appointment of Chief Executive Officer

The Corporation announced on 10 June 2016 that Michael Adams had been appointed as Chief Executive Officer Designate of the Law Debenture Group, commencing on 4 August 2016 (when he also became an Executive Director).

The Corporation now confirms that Caroline Banszky, who was Managing Director from April 2002, formally retired on 31 August 2016 and that Michael Adams became Chief Executive Officer on that date.
