Directorate change - Chief Executive Officer

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that it has accepted the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Michael Adams. The board has appointed Tim Fullwood as interim Chief Executive with immediate effect. Tim has been Law Debenture's Chief Financial Officer since July 2003. The Nomination Committee of the Board will undertake a recruitment process to identify and appoint a permanent Chief Executive Officer and a further announcement will be made in due course. 

Tim was a former partner of the UK Arthur Andersen partnership which completed dissolution on 31 August 2017.  There is no other information required to be disclosed under UKLA Rule 9.6.13.
