Issue of Equity

On 11 March 2022 The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation" ) issued the following new ordinary shares of 5 pence each: (i) 35,000 at a price of £7.74 per share (ii) 25,000 at a price of £7.77 per share and (iii) 50,000 at a price of £7.75 per share; these shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. Each issue price equates to a premium to the net asset value per share at the time of the relevant transaction.

As a result of the issuances, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 124,240,835 and the total number of voting rights in the Corporation is 124,240,835. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 124,240,835 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Corporation under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
