Issue of Equity

On 2 December 2022 The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation" ) issued 135,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of (1) £7.795 per share for 25,000 shares (2) £7.80 per share for 35,000 shares and (3) £7.815 per share for 75,000 shares; t hese shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. The issue price equates to a premium to the net asset value per share at the time of the relevant transactions.

As a result of the issuances, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 127,902,019 and the total number of voting rights in the Corporation is 127,902,019. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 127,902,019 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Corporation under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
