Issue of Equity

On 3 March 2023 The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation" ) issued 50,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of £8.525 per share under its block listing facility; these shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. T he issue price equates to a premium to the net asset value per share at the time of the relevant transaction. Following this issue, the Corporation has the ability to admit a further 14,885,000 ordinary shares under its block listing facility.

As a result of the issuance, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 128,699,541 and the total number of voting rights in the Corporation is 128,699,541 . There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 128,699,541 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Corporation under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
