Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") at 8 August 2014 was 461.00 pence per share (ex income) and 470.60 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is reduced by 7.69 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business on 8 August was 508.00 pence per share.
