Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") at 22 August 2014 was 480.69 pence per share (ex income) and 490.28 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is reduced by 7.88 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business on 22 August was 534.00 pence per share.
