Net Asset Value

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par on 12 June 2015 was 497.36 pence per share (ex income) and 507.11 pence per share (cum income).  With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 488.26 pence per share (ex income) and 498.00 pence per share (cum income).  The mid-market price at the close of business on 12 June 2015 was 510.50 pence per share.
