Net Asset Value

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par on 16 October 2015 was 466.46 pence per share (ex income) and 475.41 pence per share (cum income).  With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 458.08 pence per share (ex income) and 467.03 pence per share (cum income).  The mid-market price at the close of business on 16 October 2015 was 520.00 pence per share.
