Net Asset Value

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par on 25 September 2015 was 453.08 pence per share (ex income) and 461.03 pence per share (cum income).  With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 444.80 pence per share (ex income) and 452.75 pence per share (cum income).  The mid-market price at the close of business on 25 September 2015 was 505.00 pence per share.
