Net Asset Value

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par on 20 November 2015 was 462.68 pence per share (ex income) and 472.82 pence per share (cum income).  With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 454.67 pence per share (ex income) and 464.81 pence per share (cum income).  The mid-market price at the close of business on 20 November 2015 was 518.00 pence per share.
