Purchase of shares by subsidiary undertaking
The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") has been advised that on 28 February 2022, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the "Trustee"), purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Corporation. 10,504 shares were purchased at a price of £7.975332 per share and 9,496 were purchased at a price of £8.007602.
Under the terms of a Trust Deed dated 23 April 2002, the Trustee was appointed trustee of the Corporation's Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust").
The purchase was in connection with a Deferred Share Bonus Plan for senior staff.
