Purchase of shares by subsidiary undertaking

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. has been advised that on 23 April 2019, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited purchased a total of 4,800 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. 

Under the terms of a Trust Deed dated 23 April 2002, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited was appointed trustee of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. Employee Share Ownership Trust. 

The shares were purchased at a price of 604.00 pence per share

The purchase was a reinvestment of dividends received from shares held in trust under a Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
