In conformity with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's (the "FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") would like to notify the market of its issued share capital, following   an allotment of 1,170 shares during January 2021 in connection with its Save As You Earn Share Plan.

At 31 January 2021, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Corporation were as follows:
