The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") announces that the Corporation's issued share capital as at 31 October 2020 consisted of 118,441,100 ordinary shares with voting rights. This follows an allotment of 7,314 shares during October 2020 in connection with the Corporation's Save As You Earn Plan. There are no other classes of share capital and none of the Corporation's issued shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Corporation is 118,441,100.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
