In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's (the "FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and following   allotments by The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") of 620,000 ordinary shares during April 2022, as at 30 April 2022 the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Corporation were as follows:
