In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's (the "FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and following allotments by The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") of 813,830 ordinary shares during October 2024, as at 31 October 2024, the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Corporation were as follows:
