Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG"), the leading e-learning company, was advised on 24 February 2017 of dealings in the ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Peter Gordon, a Director of the Company.
50,000 Ordinary Shares were sold by Mr Gordon at a price of 42.5 pence on 22 February 2017.
50,000 Ordinary Shares were bought through Peter Gordon's personal SIPP at a price of 42.5 pence on the same date.
