Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 22 April 2020 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) made the following transactions in the Company's shares:

· Sold 3,156,547 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 127.8 pence per Ordinary Share

· Acquired 3,156,547 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 127.8 pence per Ordinary Share

· Sold 318,717 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 127.9 pence per Ordinary Share

Following the transactions above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company is 6,139,463 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.914 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
