Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 17 February 2021 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) made the following transactions in the Company's shares:

· Sold 1,856,547 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 175.4 pence per Ordinary Share

· Acquired 1,856,547 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 175.4 pence per Ordinary Share

Following the transaction above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company remained unchanged at 4,839,463 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.655 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
