Directors Dealings

Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG"), the leading e-learning company, was advised on 1 March 2017 of dealings in the ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Jonathan Satchell and Leslie-Ann Reed, both of whom are Directors of the Company.

1,250,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by Leslie-Ann Reed at a price of 40.0 pence on 1 March 2017. This demand was met by Jonathan Satchell selling these shares.

Following the transactions detailed above, Jonathan Satchell's beneficial holding in the Company is 104,039,995 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 24.71 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the transactions detailed above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company is 2,350,000 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
