Board and Management Changes

Learning Technologies Group plc, the leading integrated e-learning services and technologies provider, announces that Dale Solomon, Chief Operating Officer, will leave the Group on 16th November 2018 for personal reasons due to an intended family relocation overseas. Dale will simultaneously be resigning from the Board of Directors, and has committed to maintain his shareholding in the Group at current levels throughout the rest of the year.

Dale became Chief Operating Officer of LTG in 2014. Most recently he has overseen the integration process for PeopleFluent, LTG's global leader in integrated talent management solutions, which will have concluded in full before Dale leaves the Group in November.

Over the coming months, oversight responsibility for all Group central support functions will transfer to Director of Operations, Nick Bowyer. Nick joined the Group over six years ago and has performed many senior roles supporting the integration of group companies.

LTG also announces today the appointment of Stephen Bruce as Managing Director of PeopleFluent. Stephen has served as PeopleFluent's Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer since December 2017, having been with the business for over 9 years.

Following the appointment of Aimie Chapple to the Board of Directors earlier this week, as a Non-Executive Director, the Board is not intending to replace Dale Solomon on the Board of Directors.

Andrew Brode, Chairman of LTG, said:

"I would like to thank Dale for his contribution to LTG's growth and evolution as Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board. I know the whole company wishes Dale and his new family the very best of success. LTG is fortunate to have strength in depth among its senior management team, and the changes announced today provide opportunities for our talent to flourish."
