                             Buy back of Own Shares

Leeds Group announces that on 10 July 2007 it purchased 35,618 of its own
Ordinary Shares. The shares were purchased at 22p each.

As a result of the above purchase, Leeds Group will have a total of 36,038,603
Ordinary Shares, of which 3,630,618 will be held in Treasury and 32,407,985 will
be in issue.
