Large Shareholding
Leeds Group announces that the Board has been advised that, following recent
additions to their shareholding in Leeds, Alasdair and Richard Emslie are now
the beneficial holders of 1,250,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.4% of the
Group's issued ordinary share capital.

Directors' Business Interests
The details below give up to date details relating to the Group's Directors that
meet the disclosure requirements of Schedule Two (f) of the AIM listing rules:

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Malcolm John Wilson - aged 56 - is the beneficial owner of 60,000 ordinary
shares in the Group. He has had no directorships other than of the Group and its
subsidiaries in the last 5 years.

Carol Ann Roberts - aged 57 - is not a shareholder of the Group. She is a Group
Director and a Director of its subsidiary, Leeds Leasing plc.
She is also currently a Director of Beechwood Holdings Limited, and within the
last five years she ceased to be a Director of the following companies
