The Company announces that Mr Johann Claesson, a director of Leeds Group plc,
notified the Company on 30 March 2006 that he has bought 275,000 ordinary Leeds
Group shares at 20 pence per share. This brings his holding to 7,978,050
ordinary shares, or 21.8% of the ordinary shares in issue.
