The Company announces that on Thursday March 2005, one of its directors, Johan
Claesson, transferred 7,603,050 shares in the Company beneficially owned by him

separate this beneficial holding from shares in the Company held by Nordea Bank

beneficial holding of 7,703,050 ordinary shares, representing 21.0 per cent of
the issued share capital of Leeds Group.
