Leeds Group announces that Mr Peter Gyllenhammar has notified the Company that a
UK company wholly owned by him has, between the 11th and 14th of October,
acquired 1,080,000 ordinary Leeds Group shares and that the total number of
Leeds Group ordinary shares in which Mr. Gyllenhammar is directly or indirectly
interested now amounts to 5,772,499. This holding represents 15.8% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
