Leeds Group plc (the 'Company')
Leeds Group announces that Acorn Income Fund Limited notified the Company on
12th December, that it had disposed of 2,015,016 ordinary shares in Leeds Group
on 11th December. As a result of this sale, Acorn Income Fund Limited no longer
has an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company. The holding was
previously 5.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Further to an announcement made yesterday, in which the Company stated that some
of its directors had purchased, in total, 432,000 ordinary shares in Leeds
Group, the Company confirms the price paid for those shares was 19.25p.
